Positioning a neurotech pioneer, from first pitch to first-in-human.

Inbrain builds therapies that will take years to reach the market. Since 2022, we have been its strategic design partner, evolving the story alongside the product and keeping one clear direction in a complex, fast-moving field.

Context

Founded in 2020 in Barcelona, INBRAIN Neuroelectronics develops graphene-based neural interfaces that read and modulate the nervous system with very high precision. Parkinson's disease is its first therapy focus, with FDA Breakthrough Device Designation, and in 2024 the company performed the world's first human procedure with a graphene brain-computer interface. In a long-term, capital-intensive field, perception weighs heavily on how a technology is valued, long before it reaches patients.

Mission

We started in 2022 with the CEO's investor deck, then built the identity and website on the positioning it set.
As AI made neural decoding a central question for medicine and its investors, we helped the CEO recentre the narrative on one idea: the nervous system is the body's operating system, and many disorders disrupt its code more than its hardware. INBRAIN's role follows from it: read the signals, translate them into states, adjust therapy.

Outcome

The result is an creative direction that holds across every medium.
It extends the language we set in 2022, at the crossroads of high technology and soft shapes evocative of the body.
Product concepts, interfaces, clean-room photography and event visuals form one coherent system of images: calm, precise, with the technology kept discreet so the therapy becomes legible.
